4 week Yoga therapy course for stress and anxiety
Do you ever feel like you are drowning? Kept awake by anxious thoughts, no you are stressed but not sure how to climb out of it? Over a 4 week period (4 x 1.5 hours) this group yoga therapy workshop will help you to find out some of these answers and give you tools and a plan for recovery.

Mini Yoga retreat Saturday 9th September 10am -13.30pm
How many times have you wished you could jet off for a weekend yoga treat but that is simply not possible for you. This mini retreat allows a half day complete reset with meditation, breath work yoga flow and a sound bath. Spaces are limited.
